Silence Walks

Walking together with others in silence is a uncommonly special experience. You are together with others and on the other hand all alone. In the same energy you walk the same course in silence.

In the silence you can make contact with everything what’s happening in your body. You feel a sense of peace, a kind of oneness with everything around you.

In the silence you come closer to who you really are.

If there is silence inside, then things will really unfold, it brings the rest of which everything arises.

Let yourself be surprised and go for a silence walk, duration 1 to 1.5 hours.

Coaching Walk

What path have you chosen? How do you feel on this path? What do you see on your path? It is nice to everyone for now and then to mirror yourself.

Just with walking through the nature you make contact with it and everything becomes wider. In this wider space we use a systemic constellation with objects from the nature. A systemic constellation is a insight method (according to the teachings of Bert Hellinger) to make unspoken issues that influence you visible.

Before the coaching walk there’s a conversation. There are no costs for this.click to go to the top of the page

Full moon rises over Tasman Bay, Nelson, New Zealand

Moonlight Walk

We drive into the Kahurangi National Park to the secluded Graham Valley. After a hot drink we walk up through native bush and rock formations which are over 500 million years old. We have a short brake at the Mt. Arthur hut, enjoying the great views by night to Tasman Bay. We can walk to the Mt Arthur summit to see the magnificent sky with stars in the moonlight.

This walk would suit the average walker. This walk can go only with a clear sky.click to go to the top of the page
